Pass Rate
Ayrıca şöyle anılır Approval Rate, Verification Pass Rate, Auto-Approval Rate
Pass rate is the share of verification attempts that clear a pipeline's automated checks and reach a completed, approved state, as opposed to being auto-rejected outright or routed to a Manual Review Queue for a human decision. It's the headline number most identity-verification vendors quote in sales conversations, and it's genuinely useful, but it's also easy to read too much into: a very high pass rate can mean a genuinely good, low-friction product, or it can mean a pipeline tuned loosely enough to wave through cases a stricter system would flag. The number alone doesn't tell you which.
That ambiguity is exactly why pass rate has to be read alongside, not instead of, other metrics: a rising pass rate paired with a rising False Positive Rate or a growing manual-review backlog is a warning sign, not a win. And pass rate measures something narrower than it sounds like it should: it tells you whether the identity-proofing pipeline itself completed successfully, not whether the person passed every check a fully regulated onboarding flow requires (AML screening, sanctions checks, and the rest sit outside it entirely, where those checks exist at all).
Who actually built this
There's no formal originator, pass rate, under various names, is standard operations vocabulary borrowed from fraud detection, customer support resolution tracking, and quality assurance, applied to identity verification because the underlying shape of the problem (attempts in, some fraction succeed) is the same. Every major identity-verification vendor computes and publishes its own version of this number as a competitive benchmark; none of them, and not Solidus, originated the concept itself.
Solidus today
Solidus Verify's dashboard genuinely computes a live approval rate per organization from real completed-versus-failed verification counts, with a day-over-day trend line, not a fabricated demo number. It measures only Solidus's own document-plus-liveness-plus-face-match pipeline reaching completion; it says nothing about AML or sanctions outcomes, since neither exists in the product. No aggregate, cross-customer pass rate exists for Solidus to quote publicly.

Drop-off Rate is the funnel-level counterpart, where people who don't reach a "pass" outcome actually left. False Positive Rate is the metric that should always be read alongside pass rate to catch a pipeline tuned loosely rather than genuinely well. KYC is the process being measured. Level of Assurance is what a "pass" is actually a pass at, a specific assurance tier, not a universal bar.
Nereden geliyor
Bunu başkası belirtti. Solidus bir araya getiriyor.
A general operations KPI, completed-and-approved divided by total attempts, used across fraud, support, and quality-assurance tooling long before identity verification existed as its own software category, applied here to describe how many verification sessions clear a pipeline's automated checks versus getting auto-rejected or routed to manual review. No single body defined it; identity-verification vendors each compute and market their own version of it as a competitive number. Solidus did not originate the metric.

Test ağında çalışıyor. Ana ağda değil.
Not independently checkable by a stranger, the dashboard lives behind account authentication, so there's no public number to point to. Stated honestly rather than inventing a headline figure.
